2012 Scrabble Breaks at the Green Park.

Alan Sinclair and Wilma Warwick are two of the leading Scrabble players in Scotland. Both have been Scottish Champion, and have also represented Scotland in the World Championships. Alan was also a series champion on Channel 4's Countdown afternoon quiz programme.

SCRABBLE TEACHING BREAK - FEBRUARY, 2012.

From Sunday the 5th of February, until the morning of Thursday the 9th of February, 2012.

Alan and Wilma's Scrabble break will be both social and competitive, and is aimed at those who already know how to play the game, but would like to improve. There will be morning tutorial sessions, followed by an opportunity to try out your newly accquired skills in competitive play in the evenings.

SCRABBLE HOLIDAY TOURNAMENT - JANUARY, 2012.

From Sunday the 15th of January, until mid-day on Friday the 20th of January, 2012 ( with a choice of two, three or five nights in residence ).

If you feel that you are already competent enough to participate against regular club and tournament players, without any further tuiton, then you might be interested in Alan and Wilma's Scrabble Holiday. If this sounds suitable, then please just give your details to the hotel and Alan and Wilma will get in touch with you to tell you more about it.

There is no supplementary charge for single accommodation on any of our activity breaks, and as normal, we can arrange free transport ( on arrival and departure ) between the hotel and the bus and railway stations.
